Name: Diluvium
Care-taker: Surprise me
Gender: Male
Species: Panpour
Type: Water
Egg Group: Field
Ability: Torrent
Attacks: Scald, Blizzard, Hydro Pump, Aqua Tail, Acrobatics, Ice Punch
Personality: Diluvium is a standoffish pokemon. He is hard to interact with and finds it hard to interact with others.
Brief History: Diluvium was, for all intents and purposes, a normal panpour when hatched. He showed an aptitude for battle that his trainer liked; when he learned that he could use Hydro Pump from hatching his trainer was overjoyed. However, Diluvium wasn't the most confident pokemon and found it hard to control the strength behind it. Oftentimes, it wasn't much more powerful than a water gun attack and more rarely, it was stronger but less controllable. After learning Scald, he started to favor using it more than Hydro Pump. His relationship with his trainer started to wane at that point, as Diluvium would start to use Scald when ordered to use Hydro Pump instead.
In an effort to make Diluvium live up to his expectations, he would use harder training techniques on him than his other pokemon. Diluvium started to resent his trainer and teammates as a result, starting to ignore orders in battle unless it suited him to listen. This growing rift between Diluvium and his team wasn't healthy for anyone involved, and his trainer eventually decided that they would part ways when they could do so safely.
While traveling in Sinnoh, he came across the ranch and without much preamble, left Diluvium in their care without a second thought. Diluvium is not a pleasant pokemon to others and tries to keep others at arms length whenever possible.
