Hello everyone! We're pleased to announce that we have reached our 100 Pokemon goal -- the 100th accepted Pokemon was Des' Lanturn Lyre! In regards to reaching the goal, we are planning on expanding the ranch and site itself. While the ranch is being expanded by Kris and Sapphire, the other caretakers will be sent on away missions in the other regions. Those details are being hashed out by Sapphire and myself, but we plan on starting these missions very soon. Each caretaker can take a Pokemon or three with them, while the others will hang out on the ranch with Kris and Sapphire until the caretakers return. Along with the missions plot, we will also be starting Pokemon of the Week, as well as Member and Caretaker of the Month (per Aera's awesome suggestions, so go and thank her!). We have many wonderful characters and people on this site that make it amazing to be on here, and we want these characters to be recognized. We wish to start the Pokemon of the Week as soon as possible. In a PM, please send in your top three Pokemon characters from this site to one of the admin accounts. The only rule is that you can NOT vote for any of your own characters. We hope to change up the Pokemon of the Week every Sunday. The Character and Member of the Month will start in April. We are also planning on creating trivia and scavenger hunt games for small rewards and prizes for the members and characters. Stay tuned for those as well! Heheh, no problem for the idea. OTM's are pretty common on a lot of other roleplay forums.
By ranch expansion, does that mean that more areas are going to be added? Or just that the house is going to get bigger, or caretakers will get bigger barns/more Pokémon hold limits?

Aera, The caretakers get bigger barns when the majority of the barns are full (this is to make sure each caretaker has a fair amount of Pokemon). We upgraded that a week or so ago so caretakers are now able to hold 15 Pokemon in each barn. By ranch expansion, we mean we will be adding new sub-boards to the main ones. |
